We have found two “Polk’s City Directory, Toledo by R.L. Polk” from 1889 and 1898. From these, a list of staff at the State Hospital has been extracted for each of the years. Click on the buttons below to access the alphabetical lists.

In addition, we have also found three Annual Reports to the Governor of the State of Ohio, from the early years of the State Hospital. Transcriptions of these are available through the links below. Original scans of the Reports were found through GoogleBooks.
